The reason I booked this is I had stayed in 2016 and liked it very much. The location is quite good. However, this time my experience was quite different. No human present to assist whatsoever: only way to communicate was via text or email. The decor was exactly the same except extremely worn and tired: the walls were badly marred, lights in the bathroom did not work and were not fixed even though I asked. The only footstool in the TV area was broken. (It was replaced by two tiny cubes)The A/C was turned off, so the room was quite warm. No facility amenities like an ice machine. To their credit, there is a laundry. I could not recommend it.

We stayed here for 3 nights in Milan. Room was incredibly spacious for us 3. While one of the beds is a sofa-bed it was still very comfortable. The rooms are clean and spacious with a very complete kitchenette including hot plates and microwave. There’s enough space for a 3 person table without feeling cramped at all. I’ve lived in smaller apartments! Bathrooms are incredibly beautiful and fully loaded. There’s plenty of storage space around the room. Make sure you don’t forget anything! Although there’s no staff on the lobby the WhatsApp service of Numa is a breeze to use. They were always incredibly quick to solve all my questions or problems. For people booking through agoda or a different travel site: make sure you reach out to Numa on whatsapp directly on the day of the check in to get your entry code. I feel this should be more visible in their site, although it was not a problem for us having already stayed at Numa hotels before. Location is just perfect: a little out of the way from the touristic places so you can catch good rest (walks are not paper thin, rare in hotels around Italy, thanks!) you have to walk to get anywhere but it is a short walk (6-8 minutes) to a couple of metro stations and to the Milan cathedral/Vittorio Emanuel (10 min) My only suggestion would be to have more washer/dryers as it was hard to get some time to use them as it seems they use the same ones for washing hotel stuff.

junior suite is very spacious. the self-check in very easy. helpful staff via whatsapp. very centrally located. all great. however, the only bathroom inside the ensuite bedroom may not work for some.

Spacious apartment in safe/central location

Very spacious apartment (Maisonette) in a perfect and safe location with comfortable beds for our family. It is located off a side street so the noise was minimal but close to the metro, sites and shopping/restaurants. There was some sort of air conditioning system that worked fine. Also, safe too because your entry code is needed at the main street door, building door and apartment door. We appreciated having a washer/dryer in the building. (Tip: use 30-minute wash as regular wash took 1.5 hours and dryer doesn’t really work so plan to hang clothes in apartment). We wouldn’t recommend the breakfast though – it looked like pastries, etc. were left out for the week. Yes, the rooms/appliances are a bit dated and we knew there wouldn’t be daily housekeeping. However, the spaciousness and ability for my kids to have their own beds/little area outweighed these minor issues. We would definitely stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I stayed here twice before when it was a lovely welcoming Italian hotel. Now it is a sterile bunch of rooms (coffee facilities for 1 day but nothing else) with NO reception, NO room cleaning and a bunch of lies about service on their website. Want your towels changed? Add an extra €45 a day. How about a clean, or more coffee? Add €45 a day. Ask for assistance from their so called on-line service and you are given meaningless platitudes of no assitance. They have made a mockery out of Italian hospitality and offer no extra employment and rip one off if you need any extras. The world does not need business models like this. AVOID
